[Step 4] Ponder & The Report
Once you've completed the first 3 steps of using Hello Agnes, all that remains is to Ponder. Log back into Hello Agnes at this point, find the Connected Account row you would like to run a Ponder on and then click the Ponder button:
From there, Agnes will begin the Ponder process. This generally takes 2-4 minutes depending on the amount of past data as well as the current number of transactions that Agnes is attempting to categorize. The Ponder button lifecycle is as follows:
During the Ponder process the Ponder button will turn into a Processing Button. Once the Ponder is complete it will transform into a Review button and then once the Report is reviewed it will turn back into a Ponder button.
The Report
At the moment the Ponder report is for informational purposes and no further interaction is required other than hitting the Ponder Reviewed button to complete the cycle. The report is laid out as follows:
- The Percentage of Transactions that were Categorized
- The Total Transactions that Agnes attempted to Categorize.
- For Review, a list of the transactions that were not Categorized.
- Categorized, a list of the transactions that Agnes Categorized
- The Ponder Reviewed button.
