Can I trust Agnes? What is confidence?

Unlike a lot of automation, we have designed Agnes to favor confidence over categorization. Confidence, in the context of Agnes, is a measure of how assured Agnes is that the categorization is correct. We aim for a confidence of 99%+ and err on the side of caution. We would rather have Agnes do absolutely nothing than make incorrect categorizations.
