[Step 1] Connecting QuickBooks Accounts
To connect an account, click the Connect Account button on the Accounts page.
From there, login into QuickBooks and then select the account that you would like to connect. The connection process sequence is shown below:
If the account is connected successfully, then you presented with a success notification and the Setup Page. From there you'll be ready to move to [Step 2] Account Setup
TIP (Multiple QBO Accounts)
The way QuickBooks implemented the integration feature can cause some confusion. If you are currently logged into QuickBooks Online. You often will not be presented with a Intuit login screen when you click the Connect Account button.
Instead you will be taken directly to the select Account page. If you would like to connect an account using a different QuickBooks login. First go to QuickBooks Online, and log out of the account you are logged into. Then you can log into Hello Agnes and use the QuickBooks Login details that you would like.
NOTE (Account Limit)
You may connect as many QuickBooks accounts as you like, up to the account limit maximum. To add accounts past the limit, please reach out the Hello Agnes support.
