How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel you subscription within the Settings page on Hello Agnes shown below:

Please note that only admin can access the billing screen. Once a subscription is cancelled, support will have to be contacted to reinstate the account if you change your mind. Please feel to reach out to support with any issues you're having before cancelling as we would love the opportunity to rectify them.
