Why is the categorization rate lower than expected?

We like to talk a lot about the average categorization rate. The reality is that the individual categorization rate can vary to a large degree based on a number of factors including: the individual data streams from connected bank/credit cards feeds, the number of base transactions across a connected QuickBooks account, the consistency of the prior bookkeeping and the number of times that Agnes has analyzed a file.

Alas!, this rate will improve with time. Generally we find that it takes up to 2-3 months for Agnes to get up to speed with an individual account. And generally the lower the categorization rate from the norm, the more drastically that the rate should increase each cycle. You should see notable improvements with each run.
